Urbane Results knows Homeowner Associations. We are Presidents and Board members of our own HOAs. A residential homeowners association is not a condominium. While on the surface they appear similar, townhome and single family home developments have unique needs that differ from urban housing. Our property managers understand this difference and have acquired a unique skill set through managing our own communities, where encompassing financial discipline, superior landscaping knowledge, capital improvement/repair projects, and hands-on community involvement allow us to make your HOA a great place to live.
Our Full Service Management plans are designed to take all of the worry and 99% of the work out of managing your Association. We develop a custom management plan for each association and once approved by the Board, all you need to do is sit back, relax and check your email. You decide how much to be involved and feel free to change your involvement based on the issue or day of the week. Just know that we are here to support you however we can, to improve your residential experience, facility, community communication and administrative functions.
